Here For You, 24 Hours a Day

We provide support staff to Community Service Organisations, Statutory Partners and NDIS Participants through the following services:

Residential and Home-Based Care

We support Community Service Organisations by providing qualified and reputable youth workers as needed. We can provide around the clock support, and in response to moments of crisis. We can also plan and operate contingency arrangements.

Supervised and Secure Transportation

We provide transport, assisting young people to access the places they need to be. Our Youth Workers use their own vehicles or our company vehicles.

Court-Ordered Supervised Contact

We can assist with support staff where the courts have requested for a qualified and responsible third person to be present, including transportation where required.

Circuit Breakers

We offer short term breaks for caregivers, and those that receive care. This allows the young person and their carer to have a break. This could be for a short time, or extended period.

NDIS Support Work

We are a NDIS registered organisation. With such a wide range of services, you can turn to us as a one-stop solution every time your needs change or if you require additional support. We are a proudly inclusive team and we offer multilingual services, so people of all backgrounds can feel welcome and understood.

24 Hour Shift Cover

We specialise in providing staffing for late notice shift requests. We can provide around the clock support, and in response to moments of crisis. We can also plan and operate contingency arrangements.

Out of Home Care

We provide care for young people and children not able to live safely at home. Our support staff can help young people with education, independent living skills & more.

Respite Care

We can provide respite opportunities for caregivers and young people. This includes short term or ongoing support as needed.

Contingency Staffing

We can create and deliver contingency plans in addition to offering crisis support where required.

Supported Residential Accomodation

We have available a number of accommodations for short term and long term use, located across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Please contact us for further information.
