Our Story

our story
24 Hour Priority Care Australia Pty Ltd was founded in 2019 in response to an increasing demand for support within the Child, Youth, Families, and Disability sector. The driving force behind our establishment is propelled by our founder’s sincere dedication to addressing the evolving needs of children, participants, and their families. Our organisational mission is to champion the well-being of all children, participants, and families in need throughout Australia. We are driven by a commitment to not only give them a voice but also empower them with the essential tools and resources to proactively address their diverse needs and enhance their overall well-being. In our pursuit of this mission, we recognize the inherent importance of amplifying the voices of those who suffer in silence as a result of trauma, stigma and disability. We aim to create an inclusive and empowering environment where children, participants, and families feel heard, valued, and supported. Our approach is centered on fostering a therapeutic environment that nurture growth, empowerment, and resilience. We firmly believe that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has the power to make positive changes in their own lives and that everyone deserves to live a life filled with dignity and respect.

Our Response to COVID-19

We are definitely in unique times and our hearts go out to all those affected by the pandemic especially those who are sick, we wish them a speedy recovery.

24HPCA is doing everything we can to comply with our obligations under the “State of Emergency” and to ensure the continuity of our services to our employees, clients and communities.

We have been able to continue our 24/7 service as our business processes are adaptable to the online world.  Our carers are well informed of all necessary actions and their responsibility as essential workers in the industry.

Protecting Our Carers & Clients

We are committed to ensure that our carers and clients are kept safe throughout this pandemic.

Our carers are continually reminded of their responsibility in keeping our clients safe.  They have been instructed not to work if they have any cold or virus like symptoms.  They cannot return to work unless a medical clearance is provided.

Our carers have undergone the recommended COVID-19 Infection Control Training by DHHS and they stay informed of any updates from the government.
