Our Story

24 Hour Priority Care Australia (24HPCA) commenced operations in 2019 after identifying a need for an organisation capable of providing 24 hours, all year round, qualified, experienced and trained support workers.

Since entering the market, 24HPCA has grown to become the preferred provider for our clients, which includes key Community Service Organisations.

Our Response to COVID-19

We are definitely in unique times and our hearts go out to all those affected by the pandemic especially those who are sick, we wish them a speedy recovery.

24HPCA is doing everything we can to comply with our obligations under the “State of Emergency” and to ensure the continuity of our services to our employees, clients and communities.

We have been able to continue our 24/7 service as our business processes are adaptable to the online world.  Our carers are well informed of all necessary actions and their responsibility as essential workers in the industry.

Protecting Our Carers & Clients

We are committed to ensure that our carers and clients are kept safe throughout this pandemic.

Our carers are continually reminded of their responsibility in keeping our clients safe.  They have been instructed not to work if they have any cold or virus like symptoms.  They cannot return to work unless a medical clearance is provided.

Our carers have undergone the recommended COVID-19 Infection Control Training by DHHS and they stay informed of any updates from the government.
